The Atomic Energy SC/ST Employees Welfare Association at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore, was established on 30th June 1997, with a vision to promote the welfare, unity, and socio-economic upliftment of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe employees within the Atomic Energy community.
Our association is registered under Registration No. 5265 and proudly affiliated with the Delhi Scheduled Caste Welfare Association, New Delhi. We are also recognized by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, ensuring our efforts are aligned with national objectives for social justice and equality.
We actively work to support the professional development, cultural enrichment, and educational advancement of SC/ST employees and their families. Through regular meetings, training programs, welfare initiatives, and community engagement activities, we strive to build an inclusive and empowered workforce within RRCAT and beyond.
The association remains committed to upholding constitutional values and serving as a platform for constructive dialogue, mutual support, and collective progress.
Our Objectives
To safeguard the rights and welfare of SC/ST employees within the Department of Atomic Energy.
To promote educational and professional development opportunities for SC/ST members and their families.
To conduct cultural and awareness programs promoting unity and empowerment.
To work in coordination with department and affiliated bodies for policy advocacy and implementation.
